Submitting your best possible art pieces for reproduction is important for an impressive "final product".
The best images are those which:
- Provide a high degree of detail: High resolution digital or physical images.
- Provide good contrast between image objects.Watercolor work for example can be difficult.
- Are provided to us at a minimum 300 dpi and with the shortest side measuring at least 4 inches. Use a .bmp or .tif file to avoid possible compression that can pixelate images. If the files are large, consider using winace to compress the image(s) before sending.
That's all that it takes to ensure a good reproduction of most imagery.
Please be advised that we can only produce etchings that are as good as the artwork submitted. Results may vary depending on submitted image quality.
ArtAces.com will always make every attempt to ensure that imagery submitted measures up to quality standards, even if we must manipulate the image ourselves to ensure best possible results.
If we simply cannot reproduce an image despite efforts to restore adequate quality, we will notify the client that the job cannot be completed and issued a full refund (in the event that we have already received payment).
Since your satisfaction is imperitive to our long term growth, we guarantee all reproductions for 25 years against defects in worksmanship (droppage, mis-installation is not included).
